Samantha Gordon M.A., R.P.

Hello, and thank you for visiting Judy's! I am the founder and clinical director at Judy's. Named after my grandmother, I started Judy's because I wanted to provide accessible therapy to people, in-person and online.

Before working as a trauma therapist, I worked as a rape crisis counsellor and peer support counsellor in Toronto. I have a background in feminist psychology and spent time learning from small feminist-led anti-oppressive NGO's in India.

I am passionate and fascinated by the role of cultural identity, the intersectionality of privilege and oppression, and the unique ways our social location impact our worldview.

Welcome and hello! My name is Sukhi. Starting therapy can be intimidating. We go at your pace and only the areas you feel safe to approach.

I welcome you if you are looking for a space to find relief from distressing thoughts and emotions, are hoping to process past or current traumas, and/or need support navigating life’s highs and lows. I am here if you are looking for extra support, coping skills and strategies, and want therapy to be a part of your self-care. We will work together to create a treatment plan that is tailored just for you.

Tingting Wang, R.P.

Hello! My name is Tingting. My own journey—growing up in mainland China, attending schools in Canada and Hong Kong—has taught me how to navigate complex, overlapping challenges with empathy. Today, as a therapist and former professional in the financial industry, I help clients navigate their layers of challenges, whether that’s self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or relationship difficulties.

In our sessions, we’ll build a collaborative space rooted in trust and compassion. My approach is grounded in evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and mindfulness. Together, we’ll untangle unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and clarify what truly matters to you.

Therapy is about more than solving problems—it’s about unlocking your capacity for growth, self-worth, and fulfillment. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on this journey.

Kezia Shepherd, M.A., RP (Qualifying)

My journey into psychotherapy began long before I ever sat in a classroom. When I first came to Canada, I faced the challenges of navigating culture shock, identity, and the generational gap that often arises when parents hold onto traditional values while their children adapt to a new cultural landscape. Living through that “in-between space” of cultures gave me a deep understanding of the struggles many people face when trying to balance family expectations, personal identity, and belonging.

I work from a trauma-informed, client-centered lens, drawing on Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy, DBT, ACT and CBT to meet each person’s unique needs. My style is warm and collaborative, I believe you are the expert of your own story, and I’m here to walk alongside you.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and first responders through trauma, grief, relationship challenges, cultural identity concerns, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can explore, heal, and build resilience.

New Project

Jennifer Axelson M.A., R.P.

Welcome! In our sessions, I’ll show up as my genuine self, using curiosity, warmth, and a collaborative approach to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. I help clients explore challenges such as anxiety, life transitions, trauma, loss, identity, and relationship difficulties. Together, we can work to develop a deeper understanding of past experiences and how they might be influencing current patterns, behaviours, thoughts, and emotions. I believe that awareness of these patterns is key to finding new ways of being and relating to oneself and others.

My approach is rooted in person-centred and relational principles, and I integrate elements of mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I trust you as the expert of your own life and honour your lived experiences and values. My goal is to provide an experience that feels different from everyday interactions - one where clients can explore, reflect, and grow in an atmosphere of genuine care and respect. I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you build a stronger relationship with yourself and create a more meaningful life.

Vanessa Sian M.Psy., R.P. (Qualifying)

Hi, I’m Vanessa!

For more than seven years, I’ve worked in the field of addictions and mental health, supporting individuals as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.

I recognize that coping can take many forms — whether through substance use, unhealthy habits, or emotional withdrawal. Wherever you are in your journey, I aim to meet you with compassion and understanding. I offer practical tools, evidence-based strategies, and supportive guidance to help individuals navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to empower you to find healthier ways of coping, build resilience, and move toward hope and healing.

My therapeutic approach is holistic, recognizing the deep connections between our emotions, bodies, and relationships. I know that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I work to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. In my practice, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), but I always tailor my style to your unique needs.

Whether you’re navigating major life changes, everyday stressors, or the effects of past trauma, I believe therapy should feel collaborative. I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore your challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.
